Transfers

No additional year will be applied if the domain transfers in before the auto-renew by date and has more than 90 days before expiration. Otherwise, the renewal fee is charged, and the registration is extended for another year.
Renewal

Domain names in the.ch and .li can only be extended if they are set to Auto-Renew prior to the renewal deadline, which is different than the domain expiration date.

If the Auto-renew is disabled and it crosses the auto-renew date, then the domain will be removed and it enters the restore period. If this occurs, we will be able to recover it for an increased redemption fee.

Make sure the Auto-Renew setting is switched on more than 30 days before the expiration date to avoid missing the renewal deadline. SeekaHost will renew the domain approximately 30 days before it expires; the registry will renew the domain on the expiration date, even though the domain has already been charged.
