About Bandwidth Usage:
Regarding bandwidth usage, Bandwidth will not be increased only because of traffic. If you have themes, plugins, and WordPress files, for each change/modification/access in the frontend or backend, it will generate requests for each action. Each request can be JS, HMTL, PHP, or any scripts from Theme/Plugin/CMS like WordPress. The request can be even from bots.
To reduce the bandwidth usage considerably, you can install and configure a security plugin (to avoid unwanted requests) and cache plugin (to compress the file sizes), when your website is active.
IMPORTANT: Bandwidth Usage cannot be manipulated/modified by anyone, even by the web hosting provider themself at any point. It's completely based on the usage by itself.
You can check the bandwidth usages in particular through "Webalizer" option in cPanel.
For each hosting plan, it will have different bandwidth usage allocated for a cPanel account.
For example, Each website in PBN hosting will be provided with 5GB Bandwidth for every month.
It will get reset to zero by end of each month. If the website has crossed the limit of 5GB for each month. If you need to live the website before that month-end, then bandwidth has to be increased.
