Steps:

  1. Log in to your old website WordPress admin area.
  2. Install "All in One WP Migration" and activate it.
  3. Once activated, under the plugin name, you can see the Export option. Click Export and download the file.
  4. Log in to your new website WordPress Dashboard.
  5. Install the same "all in one WP Migration" here, and activate it.
  6. There, you can see the option to import the file to your website. Click Import and upload the download file.
